I thought I was having an issue with bedbugs and was talking with a friend who recently used their services. It was recommended that I give Scott a call, which I did. Best decision ever! Within minutes I was sending him pictures (which turned out not to be bedbugs). Instantly alleviated my 'worst nightmare.' Highly recommend him!

I manage several upscale cooperatives in Manhattan and one by one I have brought in LI Bedbug Inspections to replace under-performing exterminators, always when there was an infestation. LI Bedbug would always come in and systematically address the infestation and get it under control, whether rodents or roaches. They are a small shop, and you get only the main guys both of whom have years of experience. None of the larger companies compares to their ability to communicate. Five stars!

I am not one to leave an unless I am unhappy or extremely impressed. In other words I don’t want to give a review that gets someone else hurt ( if I give a good review and the suck).

With that being said it really is very simple if you want to be sure about the bugs call Scott.

When he leaves not only will you be sure but you will also be educated for the future. I wish he was my first call. Charged less and did a 10 times better job. He is 1 you can trust. We would have been an easy sale but instead he was truthful and didn’t try to hurt us. Keep up the good work and don’t let the bugs bite :)

Ps: he did a personal inspection, a dog inspection, educated us and showed us what a true dog trigger was. He was awesome !

Fortunately, I found Long Island Bedbug Inspections [LIBI, as I fondly call them] LIBI came out with an adorable bug sniffing dog and walked me through the entire process and what to expect if bugs were found. They were professional, efficient and very enthusiastic about their task at hand. Fortunately, my home got a clean bill of health but when moving to a major metropolitan city, one can never be too careful. Five stars for LIBI! Thank you!

Scott arrived promptly and found the origin of our problem in no time. He was excellent in communicating how to resolve it and the measures to be taken in follow-up.
